General Elements of the Quality Control Done by the CIDIF

  • Analysis of the project to understand it well, have a clear mandate and confirm it with the customer;
  • Analysis of work details and work schedule to make sure that necessary work is included and the work calendar is feasible;
  • Work monitoring to control the quality of the work done and to make sure that project deadlines are met;
  • Communication with the customer throughout the project to provide information concerning work evolution, prototypes and preliminary work, to ask for comments and, if justified according to mandate’s terms, to make necessary adjustments;
  • Verification of content and presentation of delivered products, including the quality of the texts supplied;
  • Systematic testing of prototypes and products before delivery to the customer;
  • Verification of customer satisfaction at the end of the contract.
